This is a general classes and is structured for all abilities. All experiences are catered for. Gipe will guide you to achieve your goals. You will progress at a pace that suits you. As your asana practice develops, Gipe will start to introduce pranayama – breath control, which will help to increase your, strength, fitness and mental health. Student with issues or doubts about suitability should contact Gipe first before attending class.
Yoga with Resistance bands & Weights Class

This class happens termly, booking now open for November.
This is a general classes and is structured for all abilities. Combining yoga with light weights and resistance training. This class can significantly improve your strength, agility, flexibility, balance, coordination and mental focus through dynamic poses, & controlled slow movements to aid stamina mindfulness practice.
Family Yoga (7+ years)
Once a month Wednesday
17:00 - 18:00
This is a family class and is structured for all ages. Children must be 7+ years old and can come on their own to be part of the class family.
Family yoga is a happy active class for all the family. Expect, to hear amazing stories and poems from around the world, served with a big helping of Fun and Games. Oh! and lovely calmness burrito asana to finish.
Clients must sign up for all the times this is offered. Upcoming dates: January 28th 5pm and February 25th 5pm.

ABOUT GIPE
Gipe began teaching Iyengar yoga in 2011, she has practiced yoga since 2004 after working as a dancer and artistic director. She studied: Feldenkrais, anatomy and body toning in her performance art degree. She has now gone on to complete her training in Feldenkrais.
Gipe runs classes that are friendly to all. She has worked with; children of all ages from preschool to teenagers, adults, elderly and individuals with physical restrictions and learning difficulties. Because of Gipe's theatre background, she brings energy, creativity, and fun to her classes.
Gipe has a MSc in psychotherapy. She has a deep interest in social history, science and creativity. It is her fascination, enthusiasm, concern, and engagement in how to apply, science and the arts in everyday life which helps her to grow and combine her teaching into a student centred science of inventive wellbeing.
Iyengar yoga Teachers Certification
Only certified teachers teach genuine Iyengar yoga, and hold the Iyengar Yoga Teachers Certification Mark, a sign of excellence, clarity and depth of understanding. To use this logo, Iyengar teachers must be properly trained and maintain their development. Gipe is a level III certified Iyengar yoga teacher.
