Classes personalised for you
Gipe will design a yoga session specifically for you, whether you are looking to build strength after illness, injury, or wish to advance your yoga practice or you may simply want time to relax and be cared for.
One to one training are also helpful for dance and Sports enthusiasts. The sessions can emphasis anatomy, alignment, strength and agility with the option of using props such as weights, resistance band and rope work to develop endurance with targeted strength training.
Your first session can start with a one to one 20 minute introduction focusing on what you want from me. This will be a phone call.
Gipe can also teach children up to and including senior citizens and those wishing to integrate yoga for pregnancy preparation to pre and postnatal.

Gipe can teach you how to reduce and manage discomfort, in a diverse range of conditions; for example, knee, back, neck and shoulders issues, sciatica, headache, high/low blood pressure, anxiety and depression, diabetes and chronic fatigue syndrome, eye and ear issues, Hip pain, asthma & chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), irritable bowel syndrome, acidity, prolapse, multiple sclerosis, scoliosis. Post COVID recovery, menopause symptoms of menstruation.

I understand that the best laid plans can be disrupted, please give 48 hours before the start of your booked class to cancel your reservation and make a new reservation. Private bookings are non-refundable. Please contact Gipe if you have any concerns.
