Paige - age 17

I entered the yoga world at 14 years old and with no knowledge of the practice but, I thought I would give it a go as it seemed like something I would enjoy. Now I am 17 and cannot see myself ever quitting.
It sounds obvious, but I have learnt how to use my body in a way that acknowledges the way it works and how to improve my health. Yoga also enables me to cope with stress more easily.
I encourage anyone of any age to at least consider integrating yoga into their lifestyle - and to join Gipe's class. She offers the perfect, relaxed atmosphere for all yoga abilities and treats each person as an individual. I thank Gipe for enabling me to grow and mature through yoga.
